I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Timothy Nixon who recorded the introduction for this episode. Dr. Nixon is Executive Secretary of the Lake Region Conference, and he was formerly a chaplain at Andrews University and pastor of the New Life Church that meets on the Andrews campus. Dr. Nixon is also Michael’s father.
It’s a pleasure and an honor to have both Nixons on the same episode. I thought it would not only be a fun surprise for Michael to have his Dad provide the introduction, but it’s also my way of promoting the Ingredients podcast. In the first two episodes there, Michael interviews his father, covering some important historical, sociological, and theological ground together (Part 1, Part 2).
